- Keap / Infusionsoft started as sales automation and billing software in early 2000s, then added easy-to-use CRM, email marketing and marketing automation tools for small businesses. Has elaborated support for billing and tracking orders. I've got to work quite a lot with it for some of my clients recently - so if this is the tool of your choice and you need help - contact me.

Then, to optimize further we, of course, wil need data. - Google Analytics provides you with statistical data indispensable for understanding where your visitors come from, who they are (in statistical sense), what works and what doesn't on your website and in your promotional campaigns. - Heatmap tools, like Hotjar, allow you to observe actual visitors behavior on your website and find useful patterns. Like in many other cases, one will never seize to be surprised as they start looking at what people really do. Can give you a bunch of useful insights of how to improve your site conversion and eliminate obstacles on your visitors path to your goal (like, when they just don't get to the part of a page where you expect them to convert). - Google Ads is a good tool from inbound (and effectiveness) perspective, since you are trying to catch your potential leads right at the moment they are searching for something close to what you can offer.

An advantage of social network advertising is that you can target your audience quite precisely by their demonstrated interests. I am naturally "tuned" to working on problems that many find difficult. Having a psychological type (E/INTP) that feels reasonably comfortable with uncertainty and gaps in information, can think "out-of-the-box", can work without firm guidelines and instructions when no can be found, I can look for and successfully find a solution in situations that others may find stressful. I trust facts and always check my hypotheses.

During my career I’ve got knowledge and experience in various domains, such as software engineering, coordinating teamwork, managing client-oriented projects, marketing and inbound marketing, company web presence, making a highly professionally diverse team work together, urban and public participation projects. I have worked, both as inside team member and outside consultant, with businesses of various sizes, from international corporations with strict rules and documented practices to several-person teams of extreme flexibility, as well as with non-profit organizations and projects. Right now in my professional activity I concentrate on supporting businesses and non-profits who are interested in improving their marketing with inbound approach, use data to guide their decisions and digital marketing tools for better productivity.
I got my master degree in applied mathematics in 2004 and since then have used my knowledge in computer programming, project management, decision making and research. Math is extremely useful ๐
